Services
As well as traditional silk screen-printing we also provide a transfer printing service, whereby garments are printed by applying transfers with the use of a heat press.
Heat applied transfers, or vinyl transfers as they are sometimes called, are very suitable for low quantity runs as there are usually no origination charges or set up.
This process is most suited for orders of over 50 garments, and the price is based on the numbers of colours in the design which is then printed onto the garments.
Embroidery can look good on almost anything.
This process is one of the best and most durable ways to decorate your garments, in order to customize your clothing and promote your Event, School, Company, Club.etc.
Embroidery can also be very effective on Sportswear, Team kits and School uniforms, or even just to give something that personal touch.
Your design is actually stitched into the garment, not just laid on top, and will last as long as the clothing.
Generally speaking, embroidery is considered the best way to enhance a garment's appearance, and give your organization or company a more professional modern image.
This process is most suited for orders of over 50 garments, and the price is based on the numbers of colours in the design which is then printed onto the garments.
Screen printing is ideal for printing large designs onto t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies, etc.
With screen printing a separate 'screen' is required for each colour, and therefore the price increases for each additional colour of print.
This is the main reason that screen printing is not so practical or economical for smaller quantities.
As well as traditional silk screen-printing we also provide a transfer printing service, whereby garments are printed by applying transfers with the use of a heat press.
Heat applied transfers, or vinyl transfers as they are sometimes called, are very suitable for low quantity runs as there are usually no origination charges or set up fees.
This method is often used for the printing of text, numbers, names or sponsors details onto garments such as football shirts, stag and hen night shirts, etc.
Once upon a time a pique knit 'Fred Perry' style was the only type of polo shirt in existence - How times have changed!
Now you can choose, from a huge range of colours, with alternative colours for the collar, sleeve trims etc. and in various styles and fabrics.
Currently polo shirts made from advanced 'wicking fabrics' for breathability are all the rage, and sit alongside alternative fabrics such as 100% cotton, poly/cotton or 100% polyester non-iron styles.
Moreover, polo shirts are no longer unisex only and many brands now offer mens polo shirts alongside a complimentary range of ladies polo shirts to offer a better fit for both sexes.
