Our custom screen printing service is the most cost effective way of transferring your designs on to garments to achieve a high quality finish that will last a long time.
The process is started with the design, you can either provide your own artwork, or use our in-house design service to produce the artwork for you.
We will also provide you with a visual so you can see how your screen printed garments will look and make sure that you are happy with the placement.
Once the artwork is finalised a film positive is created for your design, each colour needs to be separated and printed on to it's own film.

The Uniform Factory offers a print on demand service using our in-house direct to garment printing process.
This means we are able to print full colour designs onto a range of light and dark garments, from single items to bulk orders.
This method prints directly into the fibres of the cotton giving a very professional softer feel, for best results we recommend using garments that are 100% cotton.
We are happy to order stock for you, or you can provide your own garments if you prefer.
The process of ordering from us couldn't be easier, our online builder enables you to pick your garment, position your design then place the order.

However, Embroidery prices are based on the amount of stitches in any one design so the more complex a design the more expensive it will be.
