JSA Print started out in 2011 with two brothers (Joe & Sam) who did pretty much everything together growing up, they are best mates. When Joe decided he wanted to quit his job and run a print shop, Sam was right there ready to take the plunge with him.
Started in a bedroom and worked their way into a garage, as the customer base has grown, Joe & Sam have moved into a larger premises and constantly reinvested into the business with state of the art Tajima embroidery machines and M&R Screen printing presses to keep up with demand.Being privately owned Joe & Sam believe every customer is important and strive to meet their needs while developing a relationship with each person. No job too big or small, here at JSA we will always have time for you.

Services
The reason screen printing is not cost effective on small jobs is due to the amount of time spent prepping the artwork and settings up the press.
Getting it on press.
Now we are nearly ready to print, we just need to align each colour to the press so once the colours are printed they are exactly where they need to be.
Once the screen's are set and the colour's have been mixed and put onto the correct screen we can now start to print.
Once each colour has been printed, the t shirt is sent down a conveyor dryer to cure the ink.

We do a few methods of transfer printing here at JSA, we offer Cad Cut transfer printing and also screen print transfers.
Lots of great effects can be achieved, for examples glitter, metallic & reflect transfers.
Works great on clothing, bags, jackets, hi visibility work wear, table cloths & a whole range of products.
There is only so much detail that can be achieved with cad cut transfers, small text and distressed looks can be an issue.
It's better suited for artwork with 1-2 colours.
We can offer full colour transfers but they are not as durable as screen printing or embroidery.
