He's big, he's crazy, he's purple and he's a bat.
We're not quite sure what kind of bat he is or even if he's a real bat.
But he just rocked up one day at GC Printing and now by law (bats are a protected species) we can't get rid of him.

Screen printing is the process of passing ink through a mesh onto a substrate, in our case fabric.
The mesh is coated in a photo sensitive emulsion that allows the exposure of graphics through a UV light and blacked out acetate.
This creates the stencil that will allow the ink to pass through the mesh using a squeegee once contact is made with the substrate ( fabric ).
Each colour in your design will require a different screen ( stencil ) to be made up, once they are made up we will use the registration marks to ensure all the colours are lined up and begin our printing process.

The standard items that are used for Embroidery are Polo Shirts, Softshell Jackets, and Microfleece jumpers.
Also with the addition of our cap gauge, we are able to supply hat embroidery with the options of 3D foam to really help your design pop.
With a 16 colour head and a endless spectrum of coloured threads, we can achieve pretty much any logo variation that crosses our table.
If you are looking for something fancy drop us an email, whether that be multi-coloured, neon or even metallic thread.
