The dispatch time for a product can be found on each individual product page.
We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
All goods must be signed for on delivery.
If the parcel looks like it has been damaged in transit, state this on the delivery note or do not accept delivery.
Any damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of signing for the goods: Telephone: 01228 58 00 00.
We cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or missing goods after 48 hours.
