Multi concertina, then cross folds or in half (or promotional playing cards, promotional card games more), then multi roll or concertina.

Wrap any 10 standard cards (ensuring no doubles in a wrap and no common wraps, plus equal usage and a good spread of 200 cards).

Our fully automated systems feed up to a 720x1020mm sheet, then separate and collate all cards in one pass.
Subject to card size this could be 150 to view.
By then using our carousel system multi-sheets sets can be collated together, again inline, putting 1,000 + cards together with ease.
If separation into smaller sets is needed, we can reset to deliver by row or multiple rows per sheet as necessary.
Our fully automated systems feed up to a 720x1020mm sheet, then separate and collate all cards in one pass.
