Starting with you sending your artwork it then goes through a process called digitizing which in effect turns your logo into an embroidery format which is then programmed into the machine enabling it to stitch out.

Most items can be embroidered from t-shirts through to bags, caps towels etc, if you require an unusual item to be embroidered, we will be able to give you a quick answer as to whether it can be stitched.

Turnaround time is normally 10-14 days from approval of sample; however, we are fully aware that sometimes you require your items urgently, and we will do everything we can to get your order to you in time.
We can embroider or print onto customers own garment's, but you must be aware that very occasionally a problem may occur and even though we endeavour to put things right we cannot be held responsible.
The vast majority of logos are suitable for embroidery but on a rare occasion they may not be, we can always come up with a solution by editing the design or using print as an alternative.
