It is important to design the piece specifically suitable for printing and casting. The digital sculpt is prepared and printing in-house on one of our three 3D printers. Our printers can achieve superb detail down to a layer thickness of just 6 microns - the highest resolution 3D printing commercially available.

For most orders we post with Royal Mail, who will hand the post to your countries postal service (USPS, LaPost etc).
For larger orders of high value or weight, we ship with UPS.
Business continues as usual, but delivery times may be a little longer internationally, as the postal service is experiencing some delays.
The UK is now no longer an EU country.
We no longer need to charge VAT on international orders, you will notice all prices in the store are now 20% cheaper.
But EU customers will now pay that VAT tax to your local customs and imports office when the order arrives in your country.
For larger orders of high value or weight, we ship with UPS.

However, resin can be a bit different to work with if you are used to plastic or white metal models.
Resin is very detailed, yet sometimes thin parts may be bent slightly during transport or storage.
So simply run the part under a hot tap or use boiled water to heat and soften it.
So when making a lot of dust - either do this outside or use a face mask dust mask.
For this reason, we don't recommend resin miniatures to unsupervised persons under the age of 13.
