We operate ethically, using only an FSC-accredited timber yard to keep waste to a minimum, and are currently exploring the purchase of our own land to turn into a forest. SohoFrames was started with the aim of being London's best printing and framing company.
Soho was a lively and expanding part of London, and the perfect place to base the business. After finding a former coal bunker near Charing Cross, we started SohoFrames in 2008, with the tagline "Ready-made frames, ready to go". When we first started, I personally delivered frames anywhere in Greater London, travelling by bus, tube, and overground, often well into the night.
Sometimes, the cost of the journey didn't even cover the profit margin on a single frame and, for a while, I was living on a diet of pasta and canned tuna to keep the business afloat. We've moved three times since then, our premises growing along with our staff, and customer demand.

Our standard picture framer moulds are all high-quality moulds from various factories in Italy.
We also offer Standard Plus frames which we mill and finish to an even higher spec.
All are priced by the finished metre but we calculate this to the mm so you only pay for what you get.
