We specialise in supplying RICOH's products, which are the premier provider of multifunctional devices in the UK, and have consistently outsold all of their main rivals such as Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, Kyocera and Toshiba over the last decade.This is something we are very proud of and it gives our customers that added reassurance that every dealer achieving certification has been rigorously assessed and is annually audited to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
From our regional headquarters in Gateshead, we provide coverage to all of the major towns and cities across our region, including but not limited to, Berwick upon Tweed, Jedburgh, Alnwick, Morpeth, Newcastle, Hexham, Sunderland, Durham, Darlington, Peterlee, Hartlepool, Stockton and Middlesbrough.

We are rigorously assessed and annually audited to ensure the standards that are required to achieve this status are maintained.
Each of our customers receives a support package to meet their individual requirements.
This is discussed and agreed at the point of sale and a service agreement put in place.
We offer all of our customers a quarterly, biannual or annual review at which we will provide data on equipment performance together with average response times to make sure standards are being met.
