Inc Dot is a family firm that was first established in 1979. We started life as a design company and design remains at the heart of all we do. A print and design company called Kall Kwik could be found in the bustling streets of York in the 1980s, with John Turnbull, our founder, at the helm. Nick and Pascha Turnbull at the Kall Kwik awards in 1994 receiving the trophy for best sales growth for the previous year.
As the business grew and premises expanded into Clifton Moor, the time was right to open a brand new offering - 'Inc Dot Business Print Solutions', with daughter Pascha leading the team. Always building on success and adapting to the markets, the company saw many changes (including logo rebranding) culminating in the on-line ordering system we have now.
Today the company is led by siblings Nick (MD) and Pascha Turnbull (FD), and the majority of our staff have been with us for many years. We attract talent and we know it's worth looking after; our passion is always to do our best for you.

In the ISO paper size system, the height-to-width ratio of all pages is the square root of two (1.4142 : 1).
In other words, the width and the height of a page relate to each other like the side and the diagonal of a square.
This aspect ratio is especially convenient for a paper size.
If you put two such pages next to each other, or equivalently cut one parallel to its shorter side into two equal pieces, then the resulting page will have again the same width/height ratio.
For most print purposes you need to think in terms of 'A' sizes (left hand column, below).
