In today's market it is not only about selling a product, it is also about providing back-up services such as maintenance and repair, installations and bespoke software services.
If a product fails to function, ERS can offer an in-house repair service.
Just return the product, and one of our manufacturer authorised engineers will work to fix the problem or return it to the manufacturer for replacement.
ERS also offer on-site maintenance and support contracts, for that extra reassurance that if something goes wrong, more than likely at a crucial time, then there is someone here who can come out quickly and aim to fix the problem on-site.
